Harald Bosse - Managing Director

Harald is our company's founding director and Joint Managing Director.
A German Master Butcher by trade and one of Europe's leading food technologists and authority on food ingredients, flavours, seasonings and herb and spices, Harald has held many senior management positions in the food industry. He first began dealing in seasonings and spices in the late sixties and formed Bosse Ltd in 1979. In 1990 Harald accepted an invitation to form a joint venture company with Hagesud-Interspice GmbH, a leading German manufacturer and distributor of food flavours, seasonings and spices. |
