Harald Bosse founded Bosse Ltd on the strength of his reputation as a leading food technologist and his vast network of industry contacts built up over many years in senior management posts in some of the UK's leading food manufacturing and technology companies. |

For the first 3 years of its life, Bosse Ltd supplied seasoning products to the UK food industry and was limited to distributing only English products supplied by Bush Boake Allen, now I.F.F.. This changed when in the mid 1980's, Bosse Ltd added to its product portfolio, a range of German seasonings and spices manufactured by Hagesud Interspice GmbH, the company with which it eventually formed a joint venture company in 1991 to supply the UK food industry with an extensive range of flavours, seasonings, herbs and spices. |
